BOOK REVIEW: Battle Scars by Jason Fox

After recently receiving the recommendation, I started Battle Scars by Jason Fox not knowing what to expect. What I found over the 290 pages was an extremely honest account of the journey of someone, in this case ex-military, struggling with mental pressures and the internal battles this can cause, wrapped in an easy to read text, textured with fascinating scene setting and stories from his past.

In the book Jason recounts his time in the military and certain battles as his personal trigger; however the lesson which I took from the book is that many life or work pressures can have the same affect.
