One of the best ways to adapt your business in 2020 is to understand what in its purest form do people actually buy from you? Is it knowledge? Is it time? 🤔
For example, with business education you’re not providing a text book or even just knowledge, you’re providing the ability for people to achieve a better life, greater self fulfilment and career growth. 🏆
Whatever it is, re-think what you've done before and build from this point.
For example, if previously you trained people in a classroom. Could technology help unlock a wider audience? Could you use this to develop a better business in the eyes of your customer? More flexible, with lower costs and without the need to travel? What challenges do your clients have right now?
Changing your thinking and learning to adapt might just change the way you do business! 📈
